Website suddenly much slower

I wonder if you can help, the website that I built with Pro: https://www.karenizod.com has started to load much slower. I have added the plugin Autoptimize which helps a little. I checked with the host (web hosting hub) to see if there were issues with the server, but that’s all ok. Apart from Autoptimize I haven’t added anything to the site, so wondering why it is suddenly much slower. Any ideas?
