Website sticky bar is not working properly (PC & Mobile)

I have a problem with the sticky bar on my website.
When I scroll down & up the bar somehow cuts in half and acting weird. Please check the video bellow

Thanks for posting in! I have tested your site in smaller screen and I cannot replicate the issue. This is what I am seeing:

You maybe having some caching issue, Kindly clear all your plugin caches. You may also clear your mobile phone’s browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

I cleared all the server cache, also I cleared all the plugin cache & my mobile browser cache.

And the problem is still not fixed, is there anything else that we can try? Maybe the first homepage section is not set properly or the bar… ? hmm

Hi @Kata789,

Since the issue caused by the custom code you added to your website, then if you remove the custom code it will fix your issue. I’m sorry but we can’t help if that is the case because there’s no way that our theme causing the issue. I suggest that you will consult a 3rd party developer or you can avail our One support to fix your issue.
