I looked through the forum to see if I could find the answer to this problem — i found a post that advised me to change the gap height to 0. I did this and my problem still proceeded to be an issue.
I recently created a site and the entire site sticks when scrolling back up on the page.

I just check the website and I don’t see any issue about sticking when scrolling. Would you mind sharing more information on how we can replicate it? I created a video for you to see that I don’t see any issue when testing your website.
