Hi @gillawatts,
Thanks for writing in.
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note
Thanks.
Hi There,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes!
Thank you, but I just checked and it isn’t a plugin issue.
Hi There,
Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );
You can add it before the line
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Here you have a video tutorial in any case:
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Still no luck. I added that code to the file but it is still all buggered up.
In that case, please give us FTP access in a Secure Note.
Thanks.
I am not sure how to do that, can you send me instructions?
Hi again,
You can ask your hosting provider to give you the FTP credentials or you can share the cPanel credentials in a secure note.
Thanks!
Hi there,
Your site’s layout and script are broken and it’s due to CloudFlare’s minification. Please disable CSS and Javascript minification from your CF setting, it should be under SPEED section. Then purge all your CF cache.
You may also provide your CF login credentials in a secure note so I could further test. It’s all due to cache
Thanks!
Thank you. I added CF login credentials to the previous secure note.
Hi There,
Did you already resolve the issue? Your site looks fine now (https://prnt.sc/gqomqj), please clarify.
If the issue gets back on your next update, please follow the instruction I’ve provided here.
Cheers!
Hello
It is still showing up wrong on my end. I am using Safari and Chrome and it is buggered up in both browsers.
Hello There,
Thanks for updating in! I am another staff checking on this thread and I am seeing this:
Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again. If still getting the same, could you please send us a screenshot of how it looks like from your end?
By the way, I noticed that you are using CloudFlare. Please login to your CloudFlare account and purge everything. It would also be good is you set the best and recommended CloudFlare settings from this tip:
https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/
Please let us know how it goes.
Okay, I tried it in a private browsing window and it looks fine. Thank you for your help.
Cheers
You are most welcome!
