Website seems to shake while scrolling

Hi, while scrolling on my website, it seems to shake and there isn’t a smooth scrolling experience.
And i have added the code below as mentioned in another thread, but it still shakes while scrolling.

}

I suspect that there might be some other plugins that are conflicting with the Smooth Scroll plugin and that is the reason behind your issue. I would suggest troubleshoot the Plugin Conflict or CSS/JS Customization to recognize the actual reason.
