Website Responsive

I used the plugin All In One WP Migration to backup the website that i created and that resides on my laptop. I then uploaded the wpress file to the server and restored it to my website.

The website looks fine. However, when I bring up the website that resides on my laptop at localhost, it looks like the responsive theme has reduced its size i.e. the menu is now an icon, the right sidebar is now placed under the main body, etc.

I cannot figure out why this is happening since the production website is a backup of the one on my laptop at localhost and the production website looks fine.

I would appreciate any help you could provide

As we don’t have access to your website, can’t really understand what could be the cause of issue.
I would suggest you please setup the site in a staging environment and give us the admin details in a secure note so that we can have a look.
