I’ve noticed my contact page - https://www.relaxedmindtherapy.co.uk/contact/ - is blank following the latest update.
I saw @pyntolimited posted something similar yesterday so not sure if the same issue.
Do you have any ideas on what I can try? (NB: I am a lay person not a developer so a bit scared!)

You have to check your web server error log files to find out what the error is.
