Website not working on safari browser

Hi There,

My company’s website is not opening at all on safari browser. Version is 5.1.4.

Please help me to resolve that.

Hello Amit,

I have just checked your site on Safari and it is working fine.



However, I am using Safari version 12.0.3. Perhaps you will need to update your Safari to a newer version and clear your browser cache.

Thanks for quick revert. I am using safari on windows. I don’t use safari so I downloaded the safari for windows of whatever latest version I could find. Do we have any version compatibility info for safari on windows?

Hi Amit,

I’m a different staff tested your site on Safari 12.1 using Mac, and I can see that your site is functioning properly.

I’m not sure about the Safari for Windows version but it seems to be old and not updated since 2011 (http://www.safariwindows.net/). So I would suggest you to use an alternative option to test your site on Safari.
