Website not validating

I previously had the site validated on staging but need to switch over to production. I released the license key and removed the staging url in the theme.co backend. When I try to validate production I am getting the message that the site is validated (Congratulations! Your site is validated. Addons are now unlocked.) but then it refreshes to the same not validated state. I’ve tried all the suggestions in the forum and deactivated my plugins and the validated. Also, i’ve been through this process many times before without any issues. Has something changed?

Thanks for reaching out.

Your website is now fully validated. I just disable all your plugins and unlocked your license in your themeco account then afterwards I try to re-validate it again and it is successfully validated right away.
