Website Loads slow on First 3 Seconds

Hi there,

Before creating this topic, I already searched anything that might be related to this concern and can say that I already did all of the optimizations you presented on one of your pages.

I am hoping to just get a little bit of information about the FIRST 2.9 seconds of waiting time that we are not sure of what is causing it. Some say it is a plugin, a hosting site, or the theme itself.

GTmetrix Performance Report: A (93%) / B (83%)

Can you please help me figure out what is causing this?
I just want to know what possible things we are still missing.
Is it the theme, a php file, a javascript, or anything.
Please help.
