My site is loading extremely slow despite all the images being pretty medium-sized.
I’m getting a Google Page Speed of 0 - do you know what I can do to fix this?

You need to optmize your images, they need to have the size aproximately to the max necessary size and compressed.
Just your logo is absolutely massive and heavy with 7.3 mb ,

Yor logo should be 500px width max, you can use www.tinypng.com to compress your images also.
Do that with all images of your site and let us know how it goes.
