The layout of my website is distorted and does not look the same on internet explore. Images are different sizes and text is overlapping the images.

Thanks for writing in! Are you referring to your staging site? I can see that you have installed W3 Total Cache in your staging site. You might have been experiencing some caching issues. Please clear your caching plugin or temporarily deactivate all your caching plugins and performance plugins. They are best to turn on when you finished building the site and ready to go live.
And then, please clear your Internet Explorer’s browser cache as well. You may use private browsing mode and then you test your site again.

I refreshed my cache and it is still does not look the same on internet explore. It works fine on Chrome, firefox, and safari, but the layout is not proper on Internet Explore.

To fix it, you can try setting your image width to 100%.
