So one of my clients recently updated cornerstone on their site and it caused the layout to break. Even the navigation menu is broken. Is there a way to fix it without having to build the site over again?

It is most probably due to your optimization. Please clear all caches including browser cache and deactivate your caching plugin. I see you’re also using Cloudflare, please deactivate it too then test if the issue persists.
