Our website is fine on desktops, but on mobile devices the navigation links are not working on the homepage to get the user to the other pages. This started after the last cornerstone update.

I just checked your site but I am not seeing any issue with the main menu for the mobile view. See screencast in Secure Note.
Kindly try to clear your phone’s cache and check your sites again.
