Website is broken

Hello.
I need help.

cornerstone has been updated to Ver.7.0.3 by automatic update.

After that, when the page is opened, the following message appears and the site content is no longer displayed.

row: This element could not render because its definition is missing. You might need to activate a plugin.

how do i get it back?

I have now reverted to the previous version using the backup file.
The website can now be displayed without problems.

However, clicking “Edit with Cornerstone” on the page does not transition to the edit screen.

The current version of CornerStone is 6.1.4.
The plug-in page asks me to update to 7.0.3, but I haven’t updated it because it may break the site again.

Before doing any update, it could be WordPress core, theme or plugins, you should create a staging area where you can safely do the updates. You can then do the troubleshooting in the staging area if needed. Once everything works perfectly as expected, then that is the time that you can do the updates in your main or live site. I have just checked your site and I noticed that you were using classic elements. After updating Cornerstone, you will need to go to Cornerstone > Settings > Permissions > Elements and make sure that “All Classic Elements” is enabled.

I enabled “All Classic Elements” but that didn’t fix the problem.

Same issue after updating to version 7.0.3.

Is this an unsolvable problem?

Hi @kawachang,

I can confirm that this is a bug appearing when using Cornerstone as a standalone plugin. Please revert to Cornerstone 6.1.4 version while our developers are creating a patch for the issue.
