Website image not loading on safari / iPhone

Any idea why my website’s image won’t load on iPhone but load fine on android devices?

Hi Jerome,

Thank you for reaching out to us. There might be extensions added to your Safari browser which could be preventing the images to load. You can turn off all the extensions and see if this resolves the issue.

Thanks for your reply. I think the extensions aren’t the problem here because I’ve asked two friends to open up the webpage in their phones (iPhone) and the images won’t load at all.

Your images are loading up on my end. I tested on iPhone 11 and 6 using Safari and Chrome browsers.

The cause of the issue could be something on your and your friends’ iPhone. A common factor could be connectivity to your web host. To test this, try visiting the URL in the secure note.

Also, try the following troubleshooting steps that could be related to your case.

1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
3. CHILD THEME

Regretfully, since the issue is not happening on my end, it’s not possible for me to debug. I’d recommend contacting a local developer expert in your area moreover that this is not a theme issue because your site is working fine on my end.
