Website getting hacked

Hi there,

I am running into a constant problem with one on my sites running X Theme.

Recently the site was hacked. The site was restored to an early build known to be ok. This was then promptly updated to the latest version of X Theme along with all plugins. I currently only have Contact Form 7, Cornerstone, Envira Gallery, Flamingo, Slider Revolution and Wordfence Security. However the site was still able to be hacked. It looks like malicious code is being inserted into the mobile menu because when that is clicked it redirects users to adult sites.

Is this a known issue? Is this something you could look at please? I have multiple sites running X Theme and Pro and have not had this issue.

I have checked with my hosting company who have assured me that the ‘server is secure’.

Hi James,

Sorry that you’re having that issue, no, this is the only case we heard of it. Is the issue is happening to multiple devices/computers? Maybe the issue is only specific to your machine or your browser, please test, if this is the case you might need to do a full scan to your machine and reinstall your browsers.
