Website format different when not editing/Removing design cloud theme

Hi,

Two parts to this question;

1. I installed the ‘crafty’ design cloud theme not realising it was seemingly unremovable and I cannot revert back to the base X theme, please advise if there is a way to do this.
2. I’ve created a row with two columns in cornerstone, one has text the other an image and they sit side by side. But when I open the website independently to see how it looks the image is ALWAYS underneath the text no matter what platform I look at it on, please advise why it looks different to when I’m in cornerstone.

Thanks for writing to us.

Once the Crafty demo is imported, most of the Crafty pages, images and etc will be available. If you want to start a new just like a fresh install, you can simply do a WordPress Reset. You can do that by installing WordPress Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/reset/ which will reset your installation to a fresh WordPress Installation.

The page URL that you have shared to us it taking to 404 pages, please recheck and send us again so that we can investigate your settings.
