I have checked this in my local environment by setting the WP_DEBUG value true in wp-config.php and found the same issue. I suspect this could be a bug in the latest version theme. I will report it to the Issue Tracker for further investigation by our development team. You can ignore this as it is a Notice which can be avoided by setting WP_DEBUG value to false in wp-config.php or completely resolve by selecting any existing menu from Navigation Dropdown > Setup > Menu.
