Website error on mobile Safari "A Problem Repeatedly Occurred"

Hello,
Our website has at least one page, maybe more, that are generating the error “A problem repeatedly occured on “https://hyperbits.com/members/masterclass/week-2/” when viewed on Safari browser on an iPhone. You can see the error on the user end here:

Our PHP memory limit is already at 4096 so much higher than most WP sites. The page does have 75 embedded videos, so while loading does take a while, this is the first that we have seen this error (with no recent changes to the page that might have caused it).

I have included login information in a secure note if you are able to go in and check on the issue.

Hey @Hyperbits,

This is not a problem with the server but a phone browser’s capacity to load all the content in the page.

I couldn’t replicate the problem though. There’s no error on my end.

I’d recommend, though, that you divide the video parts or sections into several pages. Moreover, we don’t have a solution for the specific user’s device.

Please consider the recommendation.
