After updating to latest X theme, then WordPress the site comes up with Chrome, but not with Firefox or Edge.

Any and all help appreciated.
I did not realize, but the site only comes up in Chrome if I am logged in as Admin. It shows the same error as Edge to the public.

It seems that the WordPress media image is not loading properly, it might be the issue of insufficient permission of the wp-content/uploads directory or the .htaccess file is corrupted.
