Website down and can't reinstall X or Cornerstone

My website had a critical error (I now know why) but when I first searched I thought I’d found the answer - that Cornerstone had a conflct with X. I purchased a new version of Cornerstone but it isn’t loading properly in Wordpress and I cant reinstall X with the newest version (it’s not appearing at all when I search in WP) Can you help? The site in question hasn’t worked for a week now. I’m using the default WP theme while I fix the issue.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your Themeco Account and found that you have purchased a Pro not the X you are referring to. If you are referring to any other website that is already added to another account, please provide us the credentials in the secure note for further investigation.
We may need the FTP/CPanel details to access the files too.

Hi Emma,

Please provide the login credentials for your site in a secure note along with the FTP/CPanel details, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hi Emma,

I have installed the latest version of Pro by downloading it from your Themeco Account. Now you can use the Cornerstone as expected.
