Website Critical Error

At some point over the last week genesismuskoka.com went down with a critical error.

I had a similar issue with another website I manage and the hosting company Bluehost was able to solve the problem in cpanel or MyPhP… however this website hosted by Wordpress and I can’t get a hold of their support. When I log into Wordpress it doesn’t appear that X-Them or Cornerstone is installed? I am unable to reinstall them when I attempt to and I believe whatever fix needs to happen is going to happen on the back-end.

Can you please help me figure out what went wrong? There were absolutely no changes to the site over the past month or so… something happened automatically in the background (maybe x-them updated?) that caused this to happen.

Hi Spencer,

Thanks for reaching out.
Your website is still not accessible and is showing a Critical Error. I would suggest you delete the X folder from wp-content/themes through the FTP/CPanel and update the X after reading the following thread.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

I don’t know to make those edits in FTP/CPanel. I added my login information in the secure notes… can you go into the settings of the Wordpress account and try to help me out with deleting the X theme folder?

Hi Spencer,

I have deleted the existing X and Cornerstone and reuploaded the X version 10.1.10 and install the Cornerstone again. Now the website is working fine.

Thanks
