Website crashed when theme is activated

Hi,

We have installed the x theme on our website, this theme is active since 22 April 2022, but since past few days, we are facing issues with theme.

When theme is activated, then website is showing 503 service unavailable error, and when we rename or remove the theme and switch to default theme the website is working.

Admin panel is also not accesible, its showing the error same 503 service unavailable error.

Active theme: X (version 9.1.4)
PHP version 7.4.33

Thanks for reaching out.
You are facing a known issue with the WordPress version 6.2 and the previous version of X. I would suggest you update the X after reading the following thread.

Important WP 6.2 Issue — Please Read Before Updating

We are investigating an infinite loop issue in WP 6.2. Please do not update until there is a solution in place.
