Website crashed after update

Hi,
I have updated my website to the latest version of WP and Pro, and the website is now showing a white page with the message: “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.”

Much more than a minute has passed.

OK, now after the update there indeed is a problem. I can’t edit in cornerstone. I am getting this message:

The preview could not load due to misconfigured URLs. This could happen if you are using multiple environments and the site URL was not updated after migrating.

Meaning https://learn.mobileodt.com/knowledge-center/

This is also happening on the support page:

I have tried to check your site. I was able to login initially, however then when I tried to check your WordPress settings, your server went down (see secure note).

Could you please resolve this issue first by contacting your hosting provider and then let us know once it is resolved, so that we can look into your issue further.

Thanks for updating the thread.

I can confirm that Pro editor was not loading and gave misconfigured URL error message. This seems to be a a plugin conflict issue. I cleared cache and then deactivated all plugins and Pro editor seems to be working fine. I also created a test post in private mode and added couple of elements into that and every thing seems to be working fine. Please see following screencast.

I suggest you to deactivate all plugins and then re-activate one at a time to narrow down.
