Website Broken - Looks Like a Theme Issue

I am curious what I need to do to fix my site. I checked it today and it was broken and I’m not sure how to fix it. I changed themes and it looked like that fixed the issue, so it seems like an issue with X Theme.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your setup and you have incompatible versions of X and Cornerstone. Always make sure to update both X and Cornerstone to the latest version to avoid potential errors and conflicts.

This could also happen due to a third party conflict, deactivate all plugins first, if you have active cache plugins make sure to purge all caches before deactivating plugins. After this is done, update X and Cornerstone to the latest version.

I checked it and looks like my versions of X is 8.2.3 and Cornerstone is 5.3.3. It’s not giving me an option to update X to 8.3.3 for some reason. Is that the reason the site is down?

To resolve your issue, I suggest that you delete your cornerstone plugin and then you can update your X theme to the latest version. After that, please install again the cornerstone plugin.
