Reverting to Cornerstone 5x was not possible as Theme X is already version 9X. Deleting Cornerstone and reinstalling did not help.

There might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would suggest you reinstall the Cornerstone once again by following the below steps.
And check once by clearing all types of cache and in the incognito/private mode of the browser, if that issue resolves.
If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please reshare the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
NOTE: The previously given credentials do not work.

For us there have not been any issues earlier with plugin conflicts and we have not installed any new ones in months, only updated the existing ones. We have tried with different web browsers with the same reslut, also after having flushed the Cache on the site.
Delete Cornerstone sounds like a big step to take, I would rather downgrade to the version we had before. Is this possible?
Or is deleting, installing/enabling Cornerstone easy and free of risk, meaning all web pages that are created in Cornerstone will come up and look as they should?

Hi Stefan,
There is no risk of deleting and reinstalling the Cornerstone by following the process described and will not affect any existing contents. You can also downgrade it to the last version, which was working at your end. Please remember to downgrade the X theme also to the compatible version of the Cornerstone.

I have now uninstalled > installed latest Cornerstone from the link in the dashboard > enabled it.
After this I have cleared the cache on the site and deleted all cookies and website data from a web browswer. No CDN was ever enabled.
Still the same problem. Can you have a look in the site?

The problem started with updating Cornerstone after X was updated to 9.0.1
Deleting Cornerstone didn’t solve the problem as it automatically updates to 6.0.1 and reverting is not possible unless X is reverted to a lower version.
Please help as we are depending on our website!!!

I have investigated your website and found that you are using the Classic elements. The issue related to the Classic elements is already reported to our development team for further investigation. Till then you can downgrade to the last stable version from your Themeco Account.
