Webshop (Woocommerce) not working on mobile when linking from Facebook

Hi.

I’m having a problem viewing products on mobile. When promoting a product from a webshop on Facebook – and clicking on this – the product is displayed in a separate window in Facebook. But this seems to not be working as expected. The products is not visible. Only the text in the footer from the site.

I have an example here: Nokas Teknikk Sør on Facebook – theres a recent post called; “Zero Contact CV19 Nøkkelring - Nokas Teknikk Sør AS”. Here’s the url for the Facebook page; https://www.facebook.com/NokasTeknikkSor. And here’s the url for the product in the webshop; https://www.nokas-sor.no/produkt/zero-contact-cv19-nokkelring/.

Could you please look into this?

There is no issue to share the product URL over Facebook it is working fine there but when I checked your website product page link it seems that your Product page is not working properly in mobile devices because of JS, CSS minification and a Plugin conflict. It seems that you are using the “Product Gallery Slider for Woocommerce - Twist” plugin for the product gallery slider.

I would recommend you to please deactivate the “Product Gallery Slider for Woocommerce - Twist” plugin temporarily and caching plugin as well.

I would also suggest you purge your cache then check your product details page first in your mobile device. If it works well in mobile then you can share your product link to Facebook and test it there.
