Webpage Scroll Sticking on Mobile (No footer on page)

Hi there,

Having an issue with scroll sticking on mobile on several different posts on a website, each of which shares the same layout.

The layout has no footer, so this fix from support doesn’t work.

I think it might be a row gap issue as per this support post but I have many different rows on the page and not sure which one is creating the issue.

Interestingly if I add a blank section below the main one in the layout and set the element height to 5px, it fixes the problem. But I would like it fixed without adding this section.

Could you take a look? The site is at: https://events.continuummontage.com/events/heart-of-awakening

Thanks

Hi @BodhiJames,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found the row of the first section is having the issue, I would suggest you remove the Gap Height and check if that resolves your issue.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Thanks for the quick response @tristup!

There is a main row and a nested row in the first section and I set the gap heights for both of them to 0px but unfortunately the problem is still persisting.

There are many rows and nested rows on the page, do I need to adjust the gap height for all of them to 0 to fix this?

Hi @BodhiJames,

Unfortunately, you need to adjust the Gap for each section one by one till your problem resolves. If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hmm okay, good to know that’s an options. Rather than adjusting all of the row gaps what I ended up doing is just creating a footer for the page and it resolved the problem.

Thanks for the help @tristup.

Hi @BodhiJames,

Glad that you are able to find the solution.

Thanks
