Hi, I’m having an issue with my website. For some reason when I scroll to the bottom of the page, within a few seconds it automatically starts scrolling back to the top. Cant seem to figure out how to make it stop. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Please be advised that in X theme and Cornerstone plugin, there are no scripts that scroll the page when you are at the bottom behavior. This could be coming from a 3rd party plugin you may have installed. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all 3rd party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If the issue still exist, please re install X theme and Cornerstone. There might be some files that were corrupted. You can review our update guide and see the Manual Update section to re install X. And please make sure that it is up to date. Our latest versions are:
- X theme 6.5.5
- Cornerstone 3.5.4
This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).
_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-

Thanks for the quick reply. It was an issue with my slider plugin. There was a setting that caused the webpage to autoscroll back to the slider that I wasn’t aware of. Thanks so much.
