Is there a way to apply this css to the whole site? All my Google fonts always render a bit heavier than they should.

Hi Riceman,

Although it is not in the scope of our support, still, I would like to suggest you try by adding the code in the style.css file of your child theme. Please use the body selector to add the attribute.
