Hi,
As earlier explained web pages empty after Theme X and Cornerstone update. We have reinstalled Cornerstone and cleared cache but still the same problem.
If we need to downgrade to Theme X 8.3.3 and also Cornerstone, please explain how to do this. I know how to reinstall a plugin but not to downgrade the entire theme… Thanks!
Hi @sirstonefield,
I have investigated your website and found that you are using the Classic elements. The issue related to the Classic elements is already reported to our development team for further investigation.
Till then you can downgrade to the last stable version by downloading it from your Themeco Account.
Thanks
Ok. I have downloaded X 8.3.3 but how to downgrade the theme on the system? Or do we only have to downgrade Cornerstone?
Ok, I managed to downgrade X and Cornerstone and now it works as it should… thanks!
Hi @sirstonefield,
Glad that you are able to downgrade the theme.
Please note that a few minutes ago we have released another version of the theme with some fixes, I would recommend you to update your theme to the latest one.
I would also suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the theme.
Hope it helps.
Thanks
@sirstonefield, I just wanted to write in here that we’re going to be pushing another update today so you may just want to wait for that to show up on automatic updates.
Hello!
Is the bug fixed now and safe to try to update again?

I just noticed this thread after posting about the same issue. The difference is that the posts that are blank weren’t created using Cornerstone so there are no elements in it to trip it up. At the risk of hijacking someone else’s thread, I am running the latest version of Cornerstone 6.0.5
I did have blank pages that were created in Cornerstone. Does it work for you now with 9.0.5?
Hi @sirstonefield,
Please try Cornerstone 6.0.5 and X 9.0.5 and let us know how that goes. There was a fix in those releases for the issue you’re describing. We can’t be 100% sure it is the exact same issue you’re seeing, so you’ll just need to try out the update.
Hi Alexander,
Yes, now after the upgrade it works as it should! Thanks!
