The top opt-in web form on our home page is showing up when I’m logged into our site, but not showing u when I log in, and I’ve tried clearing cache. Why is that happening now, and how can it be corrected?

The site Cache can be one of the causes if there are elements that do not display on the site when logged in and or logged out. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings and investigate further. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
