Thanks for writing in!

WordPress 4.7 requires at least Php 7.0 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. Can you please get in touch with hosting provider and cross check with them? Along with that can you please let us know if there is any error message on browser console?
