WC Archive Layout - Trying to create category pages

Hello,

I have a shop and category layout. I want my category pages to show the right products assigned to that category. The products are seemingly in random order and are not part of that category.

I’ve noticed the pagination element doesn’t work with the product element either, it’s random. It’ll say it’s showing 12 products but only show 9, for example. I’ve read posts about loop providers and consumers, but I can’t wrap my head around it to make it work. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your layout settings, and it seems that you have used the Product element where you have the product order as random. Please note that you don’t need an extra loop on the archive layout since the default loop is working there. I went ahead and added a section that will display the product of the category. You need to go to the layout unhide it and check its settings.
