Hi,
I have been using the layouts to set the styling of my store archive & product entries. I have my page stylings where I like them. This morning strange thing began to happen. First a white border around the full content area (dark if set to dark design in lay-out). No matter how I built the lay-out when I set it to single WC with product selected , the border would happen.
Then suddenly my layouts are not being applies any longer & there is a default ‘integrity’ layout being applied instead. I set the priority to -10 just be sure it was top. Still not showing on front end. Where would I look to be able to control this and have the layouts I have styled apply again?
Thank you,
Chris

Hello Chris,
Thanks for writing to us.
It might be the issue of plugin conflict or cache issue just because the theme style is overriding by the plugin style of any custom style. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot a few common issues before we investigate your settings.

Hello Chris,
We cannot log in to your site WP admin. We are only getting this error message:
- see the secure note below.
Thank you.
I’m not sure why you were unable to log in to wordpress. I just tried those credentials on a browser I don’t normally use and I got right in. I copied & pasted the cnewitt username and password I gave right from this chat sessions.
Since asking my question the ‘checkout’ content is now showing blank in both my layout and in my frontend. Now I don’t know where it went?
In Layout it shows up as ‘the content’ I have found a few bit I can style in theme options. Where else should I be looking to assign style elements to this piece of content?
Hello Chris,
Please temporarily deactivate the Jetpack plugin because it is preventing us from logging in to your site. In the meantime, please send us the screenshot of your WC Archive layout and your check your while you are in the builder so we can have an idea of how it looks like and what could be the cause of the issue.
Best Regards.
Hello Ruenel,
OK… I turned off something called BruteForce in Jetpack. I hope this will allow you access.
I have added new images to the GoogleDrive I saved, link in original comment. I have renamed the files for clarity. Files from original concern have names beginning with 2-
File from current conditions have files bringing with 1-
A: Currently, What I was thinking of as the ‘Integrity’ layout for Woo pages is no longer pushing to frontend, only my layouts are displaying. This is good. I did not do anything to resolve it, it just switched. I had cleared all browser cache, but later it resolved. Mystery, but that part is OK for now.
B: Checkout. As I was attempting to get the checkout to style as I liked, suddenly the content disappeared and is as it shows in the images. Just an empty container called ‘the content’ in Layout and Blank in the Checkout frontend. I tried re-building the layout but no success in regaining my checkout cart. What can be done to regain my checkout?
C: Styling: I was having difficulty styling the Checkout and the Product items. I had two difficulties.
1: Product, whole page has something forcing a border. This is the only page on my whole site not full-width & I’d love to be able to fix it be fullwidth.
2: Styling in Check-out and Cart. The User fill form boxes appear very dark, to the point of not being able to read the text inside. This style seems to have no adjustment capacity.
3: If I set the mode to Lightmode in the Theme Options this cart would display with light entry boxes on the Layout, but not in the frontend. Although, if I set the theme to light mode, the border on the product page would be white & really look out of place for the site.
I know this is a rather long explanation, but Ihope you understand my situation. I really appreciate your assistance with these issues…
Best Regards,
Chris
Hey Chris,
When I log in to your site, I’m redirected to WordPress.com.
Would you mind completely deactivating Jetpack? Otherwise, we cannot help.
Also, let’s fix 1 issue at a time to avoid confusion. Please pick 1 issue to be solved first.
Thanks.
I’m not sure why you are having such difficulty logging into this site. Jetpack already has those features disabled. There is no way to fully remove jetpack.
Please provide me with a wordpress username and I will invite you to the page temporarily as admin.
If I must… first I would like to get my checkout page back.
incidentally…
I tried to do a little trouble shooting on logging in to wordpress. I found as I tried to login on Firefox (never installed on this computer before) that I got errors similar to the ones you’d been reporting. I tried again in Chrome & safari, no trouble, it logs in just fine. Upon a closer look I found the login attempt from: https://login.wordpress.org/ was reporting errors and
login attempt from: https://wordpress.com/log-in was successful
Both addresses came from legit looking searches for wordpress login.
To Be safe I have changed my password. Please see revised password in secure message.

We can now log in to your WordPress.com dashboard. But every time we view a page, post or even click any of the menu in the dashboard, it redirect us to the log in screen and the given password does not work.
See the secure note below.
Thanks.
Oh well,
I give up. I’ll figure it out on my own. Sorry to wast our time here-
