Hi, just advising to be careful updating to the latest Ess Grid plugin update. I did this yesterday on 2 different sites (both use X but are hosted with different hosts so the config is different which is what makes me 100% sure the issue was with Ess Grid)
Update seemed to update fine but then in both cases after the update, the filter buttons wouldn’t work. They still showed up, but when clicked they wouldn’t filter anything.
My only fix was to manually rollback Ess Grid to an older version through a manual install of the plugin folder (using FTP - I had an old version that X theme support provided me once before) - otherwise I could have done a restore backup but I had just done some work that I didn’t want to have to redo. so this was my only fix option. Once I rolled back it was fine.
I won’t update Ess Grid yet on any other sites,. I will wait a few days and see what else gets recommended updated … then do a test update on a staging site
