Wanting to add TikTok to Footer

Hi there
I am wanting to add a TikTok icon to our footer - I realise it does not show in the global settings. I can’t understand why this is not a standard in Cornerstone. It’s bigger than some of the other SM channels that are offered.

Anyway, I have read the other articles from people having the same issue but where do you build an icon in Cornerstone? Or do I need to create in Creative Suite - if so, how do I know what size - I found some source code that suggests the border radius is 100em, line weight 1 and font weight 400 - are these correct for the social icons already in the Cornerstone theme?

And then how do I place the icon into the same social media area as Facebook, Insta etc? How would I code this to appear alongside the others

Or is it easier to use WordPress and load their social icons into the footer that way as they have all the social media icons?

Hello Julie,

The Tiktok brand icon has just been added to the Font Awesome icons which is why it is not available yet in the Theme Options. It will be easier to add if you are using the Pro theme since you can just simply use the Icon element on a custom footer. With sites using the X theme, you can check out this old thread on how you can manage to add custom social icons:
