Want to transfer my license

I transferred my website to someone else and want to transfer the X theme license to them. How can I do that? I can give you the license number (it ends with 6c88f)

You can go to your license page and click this icon to unlock your license

They can then add it to their account.

I am getting an error that says “Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for envato purchase code”

Hi Robert,

I checked your licenses and none of it is unlocked. Please unlock it first by clicking the corresponding padlock icon (see Paul’s screenshot above)

And then navigate to the Licences page of the other account, then click on Register License:

Add in your license code this way, then you’ll need to add the appropriate URL:

Once you’ve done that, your license will be in the new account.
