Want to Overlap Text Over Image (Intentionally)

I would like to add text to overlap an image. So far, I’ve gone through several of your YouTube videos and cannot find anything that fits my needs.

Here’s an example.

If you already did, maybe you can make use the Grid element and use it to overlap the cell container of the text element over the cell that has the image element. You can check out the Grid here:
