Want to install crafty but it doesnt work

Thanks for reaching out.
There are few reasons behind the Design Cloud importing issue, the most important one if the mod_security is enabled in your site, and that causes the issue in importing and does not let you call the Cornerstone endpoint to import the Design Cloud assets.
In that case, you need to contact your hosting service provider to temporarily disable the ModSecurity for you and make the Cornerstone endpoints whitelisted. The write permission to the uploads folder might be one of the reasons behind your issue, I would suggest you change the permission to import the images into it.

If that does not help, please create a separate thread and provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I have checked and found that the cornerstone-endpoint is not whitelisted. I would suggest you contact your hosting service provider to temporarily disable the ModSecurity for you and make the Cornerstone endpoints whitelisted.

Hi, the service provider I use is Bluehost, I keep going back and forth with regards to this enquiry.

They are asking right now “where” they should whitelist cornerstone-edge? I have given them the xtheme wordpress zip file.

Could you further advise me on this? It’s getting a little frustrating

The Bluehost support should know where they should whitelist the cornerstone-endpoint. You can also tell the Bluehost support it can be found on the Mod Security.

Hello there!

After speaking to Bluehost, they have whitelisted the IP but I am still unable to download the template with the same error.

According to them:
“Please try installing the template on your end now and if you are still experiencing issues with getting it completed then contact the theme provider and ask them to get the IP of the cornerstone-endpoint server so that we will try to locate the logs to find the rule ID of mod_security blocking the action. So that we can whitelist it and get the issue resolved.”
