Hi!
I purchased the X theme wanting to use a demo as a base for my design. However, when I logged in I was offered an upgrade to X pro which sounded good since it offered more customizations so I bought it. Buying X pro eliminated access to any of the demos that I sought to use when purchasing X. How can I access them again? None of the demos are available in the templates that I was interested in when purchasing the theme.

Thanks for writing in! Which demo content you want to install? Please be advised that if you have installed X 7.x.x or Pro 3.x.x, the former Expanded Demos are now called Sites and are included as part of Design Cloud (X/Pro > Validation > Design Cloud). Importing a Site from Design Cloud works just like installing an Expanded Demo previously. We have retired Standard Demos, although we will taking a select few of those designs and making new Sites from them.
And if you want to install one of the standard demo contents, you will have to install a later version of the theme, X 7.0.4 which you can download from your dashboard.
If you are having some difficulty in installing a standard demo, please tell us which standard demo is itso we can guide you.
