W3 Cache Not Allowed in System

Hi,

I just tried to install the W3 Total Cache plugin on my new website and go the message below. Is this an error? Not sure if I should remove W3 from my other websites as well.

The error message you are getting is not because of with X and Pro Theme. It seems that your hosting provider does not allow W3 Total Cache plugin on there system. They might have there own caching system installed on the server which doesn’t work well with W3 total Cache and that’s why they don’t support W3 Total Cache. I suggest you get in touch with hosting provider for more details.

Thanks for the clarification. For anyone else reading this thread, the hosting provider I am using for this site is Go Daddy.

Thanks for sharing, and yes, Godaddy has its own caching system and known to block some optimization plugins.
