W latest update (or unknown user error) number of broken missing things

We just soft launched our site, and with updates to WordPress 4.9.1, Theme X 5.2.5, and all plugins updated (Cornerstone Version 2.1.7 ) I am finding a number of missing implementations.

  1. On this page, the image was missing entirely-- the block was the right size, but it was blank. I simply turned off Parallax and now it displays. So that’s “fixed”.

  2. On this page http://be-nutritious.com/work-with-me/ the top two classic elements are missing. See below for what should display.

Are CLASSIC elements broken? Is this a user error? I really didn’t change much and this all just happened in last day or so.

HI there,

It looks like random, plus, your site only loads after few retries and I got Bad Gateway error page from your hosting. And your images aren’t loading due to the same issue (bad gateway). Wordpress’s core libraries aren’t loading either, I think it’s best if you contact your hosting provider about this.

I can’t read those errors, image too small. can you tell me how to see if full size? post URL of image?

Thank you, I have now called/chatted with my host 3 different times and they are not seeing any errors. Can you please check again?
The home page is now missing most of the text.
I am not currently see the errors show up in the debug console either.

I have tried to logged in order to investigate. The password is not working for me. Please double check it.
Meanwhile, I can see that Endurance Cache is enabled in your site. Please clear your cache. You can temporarily disable caching by going to Settings > General > Endurance Cache.

Please let us know how it goes.

Hello There,

I was able to logged in. I could not do anything much because it has a very limited privileges. I do have checked that pages and I can tell that those missing elements and images were because you have added a fade animation effect for its column containers. There is a JS error on the page which is why the fade animation did not kick in.

  • If you edit the pages and remove the fade animation effect for the columns, then those elements and images will display again.

  • Or if we can find out which is causing the JS error, the missing items should display once the fade effect kicks in. Notes Admin Bar and WooCommerce is causing an issue. Please make sure that these plugins are up to date.

Thank you, it was a header plugin I had added, no disabled, the page is working again.
My fault.
Also, sorry had mistakenly made your login editor, that’s fixed now too.
But this issue is resolved, appreciate your help.
