Visual composer plugin error

I have two error messages in my WordPress dashboard:
requires Visual Composer plugin to be installed and activated on your site.
I removed WPBakery Page Builder plugin at the advice of Wordfence because of security risks, but then I have this error message. I contacted Visual Composer, paid for support and their answer was to install the plugin or ignore the error.
Surely there must be a better answer than that.

Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, we never encountered such an error you described. The WP Bakery plugin is one of the bundled plugins that comes with our theme and is completely different than Visual Composer. I would suggest you use the WP Bakery instead of the Visual Composer if you want that to be used as a page builder of your website.
