Visual composer issues and child theme not finding parent

Hi,

Heading and images elects are not being displayed

The child theme was unable to find the patent and would not work

any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

Please provide the correct login credentials. For now, please correct your theme’s folder name through FTP. It’s currently named as /wp-content/themes/pro-2/ and the child theme is unable to find the parent since it’s expecting a name of wp-content/themes/pro/. Please correct it first. As for the image, yes I don’t see any image and where should we expect it to see?

it appears al of the issues were related to the misnaming of the theme file

now that i have corrected the name all of the functionality has returned.
