Visual composer elements that are going to appear on smartphone and desktops

visual composer elements that are going to appear on smartphone and desktops. I have seen that some of the rows could be hiden for desktops or smartphones . Is that included in the visual composer bundle of pro theme ? How could be possible to hide some row for some devices using pro themee+ VC?

I recommend using cornerstone builder to fully utilize that feature. But yes, still doable in VC but using Visibility element. Add a visibility element, then add your content band and other contents within it, then just change its visibility setting.
