Visual Composer - direct license issue

One of the reasons we purchased this theme is that Visual Composer was included, however, when we try to use it within the theme… even after updating to PRO… it prompts us to buy a direct license, so it’s not “FREE” as mentioned in your product description?

If it is included, why are we being prompted to buy a license before we can use it? If that happens to be a bug or quirk in the integration, what’s the work around to be able to use VC?

If you go to Wp Admin | X or Wp Admin | Pro you can install VC

The plugin devs are a bit pushy with this messages but you can ignore them, the plugin offered by X is fully functional as the purchased version
