I’m thinking about adding some visible grid lines to my pages.

I’ve downloaded the files, but I’m not quite sure on how to implement it with Pro?

You basically just need to put all the required CSS in the order they are added in the HTML in Theme Options > CSS for global application or Content CSS for per page application.
Do the same for all JS.
Provided that the background of your page and elements inside it are transparent, you should get this result:
