Virus Detected

Hello, my host has detected viruses on several of my x theme sites and is telling me that it is using up all of my server resources. Has anyone experienced this before? What are my options? Here is what my host sent me:

Hey There,

You may ask your hosting provider to whitelist that files so that your Cornerstone (or Pro Theme) will work again.
